s A Little Mermaid? Jessica Alexander as Vanessa was giving old Hollywood sea witch & here’s how I got the look!????

1. prep hair
2. curl with a curling iron (1 inch) towards face
3. pin curl
4. let sit and spray with hairspray
5. brush out with a smoothing brush if you have short or medium hair

Since mine is super long, I pinned up and let my shorter layers stay in higher curls!
