There is no surgery involved with these hair replacements. Hairstylist and replacement specialist Phil Ring uses "hair systems" to give balding heads a new look. The replacements are made out of real human hair and can be applied with adhesive or tape. The adhesive can last up to three to four weeks and the tape lasts one.
