Coconut milk is an opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts. The opacity and rich taste of coconut milk are due to its high oil content, most of which is saturated fat. Its exotic flavor packs quite a punch and enhances a myriad of dishes — from soups and stews to curries and baked goods.
Ingredients:
- 1 Coconut(grated)
- 1 cup Water
Method:
1. Take Fresh Grated Coconut and add it in the grinder along with one cup of water
2. Grind it and remove the paste in a muslin cloth
3. Now, squeeze out the milk
4. Repeat the process with the same grinded coconut in the muslin cloth, to remove all of the remaining milk.
5. Grind the grinded coconut with on more cup of water
6. Remove its paste in the muslin cloth again and squeeze out all of the remaining milk
