I Use: Black, Red, White Nail Polishes, Clear Nail Polish ~ Mandala Flower NAIL ART Design: Today's mani is a Black, Red & White Floral French Manicure Using Clear Nail Polish, Needle & Dotting Tool - Summer Nails 2022.

Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nail with clear nail polish and don't let it dry.
Paint 5 black dots over the nail tip and with a needle shape petals.
Paint small white dots under the petals.
Finish the design with a red dot.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
